Assist internal departments, such as Confirmations, Risk, IT and Accounting to ensure deals are managed according to their intent in a timely and accurate manner.

Communicate all rate, tariff, fuel and operational condition change.

Monitor all scheduled and unscheduled pipeline maintenance and notify traders and other schedulers to minimize volumetric and financial impact.

Work closely with counterparties on all scheduling issues providing immediate notification of any non-performance to the appropriate traders.

Work with trading personnel to ensure that imbalances are minimized to limit cash-out volatility.

Recommend market area supply alternatives and storage strategies.

Responsible for all transportation segmentation on pipeline EBBs.

Perform monthly setup of all transportation requirements during bid week.

Nominate and track usage of power plants on associated pipes, and ensure transport is being nominated and allocated correctly.

Monitor and arrange maximum utilization of firm transportation.

Manage transportation and pooling agreements with a commercial focus to proactively optimize price effects of any positions these create.

Track pipeline imbalances and provide accurate daily physical positions to physical traders.

Track storage injections, withdrawals and balances.
